Payment Options
Because everyone is busy and must attend to many details in any given day, it is our desire to make both the registration process and payment as convenient and efficient, yet thorough, as possible.
Our online and paper registrations accommodate one of two payment options: credit card or check.
Those who complete paper registrations will enclose their credit card information or check when mailing.
Those who complete an online registration will indicate the desired payment option during that process: 1) fill in the online form, 2) view and verify accuracy of information, 3) send the information to the host school, and 4) view a temporary receipt for credit card payment or an invoice for a check to be mailed promptly after your online registration. Both the "verify" screen and the receipt/invoice screen include a "NOTE" to prompt you to print those two screens with your completed information for your records and later reference.
Assuming all information will be entered accurately, payment by credit card is usually the faster and more efficient method of payment. If you plan to pay by check, but do not enclose it when mailing the registration form, follow up as needed with your organization to ensure that a check is processed in a timely way and mailed by the deadline.
The deadline for registration is Friday, February 13, and the deadline for payment is Friday, February 20, 2009.
Each year all available booth spaces are filled. Therefore, recruiters should complete a registration form and make payment to the host university as early as possible to ensure participation at this annual premier job fair – over 40 employers and candidates from five of West Tennessee’s outstanding colleges and universities in one place on one day! We want to help you in every way possible to take advantage of the recruiting opportunities at the Job Market 2009.
If you have questions or concerns about our payment options or any other aspect of this event, please contact this year's host school.
